What is Health?

We recently learned about the 5 Pillars of Health, and after thinking about it,  I realized that my definition of health is the overall balance in things that ensure the optimal function of my body and psyche. Pillars that I think I am strongest at are the nutrition and sleep aspects of health, while the things I need to work on are definitely exercise and stress. I would like to learn more about the effects that social health has on the body, because I feel that social health in general is more enigmatic to me in terms of how important it is.
